We ship entirely via United Parcel Service (UPS) ground. We attempt to use recycled boxes and packing materials for all our shipments.
Under normal circumstances, most orders ship out within 24-48 hours. However, due to large order volumes, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, we will ship your order out as soon as possible.
We do not ship chemicals internationally or air freight, only by ground. All chemicals will be shipped by ground, and only within the borders of the United States of America. Shipping will comply with all USPS regulations or will be shipped ORM-D. We will not ship to a P.O. Box.
If you do not hear from us for any reason, please contact us, so that you receive the service you expect. We will inform you of any back orders. We try our best to have a perfect inventory and ship promptly, but sometimes mistakes happen. If delivery time is an issue for you please call us at 1-877-303-1905 Monday-Friday 8-5 CST or contact us through our Contact Form. If a package is refused or undeliverable, UPS charges us a fee. If it is your mistake, we will ask for reimbursement for the extra shipping. Please double check your address to be sure that it is correct
